Invitation to ProjectWatch Mobile & Web Platform Train the Trainer Workshop for Selected PLSUBEB M&E Technical Working Group We are very pleased to invite the eligible staff of PLSUBEB specifically those M&E TWG team members shortlisted by the department of Planning Research and Statistics (PRS) to the Workshop for ProjectWatch Mobile & Web Platform Train the Trainer Workshop to be delivered as follows: Date: Wednesday 4th September 2019 Time: 10:00 am to 2:00pm Venue: PLSUBEB HQ Board Room A draft Agenda is attached for your perusal. This train the trainer workshop is jointly hosted by PLSUBEB Department of PRS and Ephod Communications Ltd, and is aimed at providing the requisite skills and a hands-on practical use case of ProjectWatch Mobile and Web Platform to the participants. To achieve this, we shall be presenting the results of the Conformance and Usability Assessment conducted during the period July – August 2019. The report facilitates part of a broader objective of PLSUBEB ProjectWatch M&E TWG to establish the newly installed monitoring consoles at the Department of PRS as a Single ICT Space and the Education Development Partners Group (EDPG) mandate to assist users of ProjectWatch in funding the gap in Education Management Information System (EMIS) and other Infrastructure to perform context‐appropriate conformance and result based M&E of projects in accordance with relevant Recommendations. As a key stakeholder in the ProjectWatch M&E TWG domain, your opinions are considered to be crucial to the discussions on the outcomes of the assessment study and the way forward for the effective completion of ongoing projects. There is limited space of only 10 participants from the board headquarters and 1 participant from each local government education authority making a total of 27 participants and all necessary materials and light refreshment will be provided.
