STEP-DOWN TRAINING ON THE NEW APP, "PAY-PLATEAU ".

Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board Prioritizes Staff Welfare and Capacity Development: The Executive Chairman of Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board, Hon. Sunday Samuel Amuna, has reaffirmed his commitment to staff welfare and capacity development programs. During a mini-training session on the "Pay-Plateau" app, Amuna acknowledged the current economic challenges but urged staff to remain dedicated, assuring them that their efforts will be recognized. It will be recalled that the "Pay-Plateau" app, which was launched by the Plateau State government on September 26, 2024, aims to provide digital access to salary pay advice and other services. Mr. Timothy Gideon, EMIS officer at the Board and training facilitator, guided staff through the app's features, including downloading, installation, login, navigation, and troubleshooting. The Executive Chairman had earlier approved the step-down training on the new app to enhance staff familiarity with the latest technology. This move demonstrates the Board's focus on improving staff experience. The training session included a questions and answers segment and a practical demonstration of the app's application in real time. This hands-on approach ensures staff are equipped to utilize the app effectively. By prioritizing staff welfare and capacity development, the Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board underscores its commitment to a motivated and efficient workforce.
